Position Description/Outline:

The Queensland Branch of the ICF runs two face to face events a year along with a program of regular virtual educational events. Delegates at our programs are based across the Australasian Chapter and beyond.

The Events Program Lead role works with the President and Professional Development Lead to coordinate and deliver the program of events.

The role includes researching topics and speakers, calendar planning, Zoom scheduling and creating ICF website posts.  Additional marketing via LinkedIn may also be required.

The ideal person is interested in current topics being discussed in the coaching community and enjoys networking with others to ensure the both the topics and speakers are serving our community. No previous events experience is necessary.

The Queensland Branch meets for an hour virtually every month.  There are two face-to-face events held each year in Brisbane that require a half day of commitment.  Additional small projects may also be available if the candidate is interested.

To be eligible for a Branch position a person must:

• be over 18 years of age;
• be a current financial member of ICF;
• have an ICF credential or be in the credentialling process (with the aim of submitting the requirements within six months);
