Director Marketing and Communications, Director Coach Development and Director of Partnerships
As you may know the Australasia Chapter is structured with a Board and regional Branches. Two additional roles were added to the Board in 2024 to support the Branches and lead major areas of operation. The Board has reviewed the roles and made some structural changes.
Our constitution allows that the Board can, at any time, appoint any person as an addition to the Board. That person will serve until the next AGM and is eligible for re-appointment up to a maximum of three years in total.
The Board, in consultation with Branch Presidents, has decided to create an additional Non-Executive Director role which will run for a period of one year. All three Non-Executive Directors will work with the Board and Branches to provide consistent messaging and a comprehensive set of professional development offerings for the benefit of all our members.
These roles are:
· Director Marketing Communications (fixed one-year appointment)
· Director Coach Development (fixed one-year appointment)
· Director Partnerships (fixed one-year appointment)
Applicants could address the following in their written EOI.
· Their vision for ICF Australasia, and potential contribution to the role;
· an overview of their coaching work explaining how it fits into overall professional practice;
· professional background and experience outside coaching (including any key responsibilities and outcomes);
· prior involvement with the ICF Australasia coaching community including previous leadership team roles;
· strengths and talents;
· any other information that would support their application; and
· the names and contact details of two referees.
Director Marketing and Communications, Director Coach Development and Director Partnerships will be appointed directly to the Board and announced at the AGM on Friday 5th September 2025.
If applicants currently hold a volunteer leadership position for the ICF Chapter, this role will need to be relinquished upon commencement of the Board position.
The position descriptions are attached for each role. If you wish to discuss any of the roles before applying, please contact Tim Crowden tim.crowden@icfaustralasia.com regarding the three Director roles.
