Director Marketing & Communications

Director Marketing and Communications, Director Coach Development and Director of Partnerships

As you may know the Australasia Chapter is structured with a Board and regional Branches.  Two additional roles were added to the Board in 2024 to support the Branches and lead major areas of operation. The Board has reviewed the roles and made some structural changes.

Our constitution allows that the Board can, at any time, appoint any person as an addition to the Board. That person will serve until the next AGM and is eligible for re-appointment up to a maximum of three years in total.

The Board, in consultation with Branch Presidents, has decided to create an additional Non-Executive Director role which will run for a period of one year.  All three Non-Executive Directors will work with the Board and Branches to provide consistent messaging and a comprehensive set of professional development offerings for the benefit of all our members.

These roles are:
·         Director Marketing Communications (fixed one-year appointment)
·         Director Coach Development (fixed one-year appointment)
·         Director Partnerships (fixed one-year appointment)

The Board is searching for individuals who are skilled and experienced in professional development, internal and external communications and stakeholder management. It is expected that Director Marketing and Communications, Director Coach Development and Director of Partnerships will “hit the ground running” after a short period of co-creating their role and developing a plan to enact the Board’s Strategies. The expectation is that these will be delivered at the annual Strategy Weekend be held on 17-19 October 2025.
These roles will be filled by a complementary process (as outlined below); instead of being elected by members at the AGM, they will be directly appointed by the Board for a one year fixed period.
