Purpose of the Role: The Community Engagement Lead champions the value of coaching by building awareness and driving engagement with potential buyers of coaching services. This role is pivotal in expanding coaching opportunities for ICF members through meaningful outreach and creative initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Advocate for coaching excellence by promoting its impact to external audiences.
· Design and deliver community engagement initiatives—these may include:
o Facilitating or hosting panel discussions o Leading lunch-and-learn sessions at corporate organisations
o Coordinating speakers for industry events (with the option to engage ICF representatives)
o Developing and executing original ideas that raise the visibility of coaching · Collaborate with other ICF WA volunteers to ensure alignment.
· Determine your own level of involvement: we recommend at least two events annually, but there’s flexibility to increase this based on your availability and enthusiasm.
· Foster partnerships and connections that open new avenues for ICF member visibility and engagement.
